Bloss & Bec… 2 friends with a passion for travel and textiles.
We have always been drawn to beautiful textiles while on our travels, never able to resist a gorgeous piece that we know will become a beautiful memory to be cherished forever.
Inspired by her love of textiles, one of our founders, Bec, embarked on a journey to focus her creative energy on textile design with the dream of creating a beautifully curated range of homewares.
Bloss & Bec is the result of that dream. A collection of beautiful homewares designed and made with love in Australia. One of our key priorities is to produce items that are as sustainable and ethical as can be, minimising our impact on the planet where possible.

Our Ethics
At Bloss & Bec we are passionate about ensuring that our way of producing is as ethical and sustainable as possible.

We use natural fibres, and our designs are printed by Next State with water-based pigment ink – which does not use water and wastes no ink during the printing process. All chemical and colourants used in the printing process are Oeko-Tex approved.

Our pieces are hand crafted by Assembled Threads, an employment focused social enterprise. Assembled Threads was created to establish community manufacturing hubs located in areas suffering from long-term underemployment and disadvantaged recruiting, with a particular focus on women from culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

We believe in minimal waste production across all of our products. We produce small batch collections and only print enough fabric for each run.
​
We don’t use single use plastics, and our wrapping is compostable, 100% recycled tissue. We send all items in compostable/recyclable packaging (unless unavailable), and hope that you will compost or reuse these for your own packaging, composting or gifting.
